What this work is — and is not

Dolphin Dreams Sanctuary offers facilitation and education: constellation work, intuition training, somatic practice, and held community. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or cures a condition.

Many participants work with a therapist alongside the Sanctuary. The work goes well together, and Ravinder is glad to hold his part with awareness of yours.

Who should wait

If you are in acute crisis, recently hospitalised, or living with an unmanaged psychiatric condition, this is not the right container for you right now. Clinical care comes first — not instead of this work, but before it.

The sanctuary will still be here.

Confidentiality

What you share in any Sanctuary container stays there. Group programmes begin with an explicit confidentiality agreement that protects every participant equally. Stories appear on this website only with written permission — and never as promises.

The pace rule

Nothing is forced, ever. You may pause or stop any process at any point, without explanation, without consequence. The pace of the work matches the depth of what is being addressed — that is not a courtesy; it is the methodology.
